The nicotine in an e-cigarette can sometimes be more potent than the nicotine of a normal cigarette, this is why you may experience struggling sleeping till you get used to the new levels of nicotine of the e-cigarette.

Thinking that there is no solution to you your sleeping problem? Do not worry you can try the following things to have a more peaceful night:

  • To choose an e-liquid that has a lower nicotine strength, or  use a nicotine-free e-liquid before you go to bed, or make your own vape juice
  • Avoid using any electronics before you go to bed
  • Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeinated drinks before going to bed
  • Stay hydrated
  • Set yourself up a sleeping routine, this will help your body get in a good routine and regulate itself.
